It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon to spend with old friends, and to make some new ones!! WVKR’s table at this year’s Activities Fair garnered much interest. Vassar students came by the dozens to chill to the hypnotic beats of DJ Olmec, to register their interest in working with the radio station, and of course to grab some free swag. We appreciated seeing so many new faces and are excited to get to know them over the coming year. And as we begin the annual pledge drive, we’d just like to extend our gratitude to all the young hopefuls who will be operating the phones in our station. We can’t do it without you!
